New projects coming into Invest NI's pipeline are down 50% on this time last year. And let's put to one side that amount of new jobs they are helping create, the bad news is that 80 companies who are clients of Invest NI have collectively shed 3500 jobs.
Many companies are postponing or cancelling investment plans.
