Coleraine/Limavady/North Coast housing prices down Av. 42.1% on last year.

The Northern Ireland average was 28% drop on last years prices. Good news for some and not good news for others.

For the Coleraine/Limavady/North Coast region the average price was sharply down by 42.1% over a year to £162,191. All sectors showed very high rates of average annual price falls and the quarterly performance was also down, dropping by 12.1% in the fourth quarter.
